I’m getting really excited to start IVF again. I’ve actually been doing a lot of googling on my new medication protocol and I have seen lots and lots of positive outcomes with this specific combination of drugs. This really gets me amped up and ready to start!
I can’t believe in two short days is my baseline appointment!
Who here has had Gonal-F (Folitism) and Menopur along with Ganirelix (Centroid)? How did you respond? I’ve read this combination creates more eggs and higher quality eggs and also promotes better implantation. How many eggs were collected?
Infertility is not a temporary condition 
I was supposed to take menopur but I stimmed too quickly with the gonal so I ended up only taking gonal and ganirelelx. I have PCOS and they retrieved 35 eggs.
I did gonal f and menopur last month for an IUI and my body or should I say follicles responded great!

I’m on my first IVF treatment after IUI failure. My doctor mentioned that I’d be doing gonal f and menopur. Are they taken separately or together?

This will be my first time using gonal f and menopur. I am 29 and was diagnosed with deminished ovarian reserve. Our first iui failed using follistim 300iu. I am really anxious to see what gonal-f and menopur will do considering I hardly have any eggs left (amh 0.6).
